BECK NEAL, LPC
Beck received her BS in Human Development & Family Studies in 2014 from Kent State and completed her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Heidelberg University in 2018. Since graduating, Beck has had the privilege to work with a diverse group of people, ranging in age from childhood to older adulthood. Beck prefers to take a client-centered, cognitive approach to counseling, encouraging clients to challenge negative or irrational thoughts that can develop into mental health concerns, such as depression and anxiety. Beck enjoys working with adults needing support with grief & loss, transitional issues like starting college, a new job, a baby, or other phase-of-life concerns. Beck also has experience serving clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma. Beck believes that everyone has the power to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
