Lisa, an administrative assistant, has 35 years of experience in health care administration. She ensures that clients receive the care they need in a timely and professional manner. As the first person most clients meet at Kelly’s Grief Center, Lisa is welcoming, friendly and pleasant, and she is always willing to assist others. She works as an advocate for clients, with counselors and also with insurance companies. She is often thanked for helping clients with understanding their insurance, a billing statement, scheduling or simply listening.
